I love the look of stripes but rarely find a style that flatters my inverted triangle shape.
I wore this look to brunch at the Grove Park Inn. Later in the day, we attended a Chamber Music concert by The Harlem Quartet.
The IC Collection line is made in the USA and sold at ShopMyFairLady.
The pants are by Lior Paris. I am wearing a Clara Sunwoo tank under the jacket. The bag is old from Express. The French Connection shoes are old from Saks Off 5th.

Sitting in the UU church in Asheville yesterday afternoon during concert intermission, I saw a handsome couple walk past. I turned to my husband and said, "I know her!" You looked great!
You look great Susan. Love the jacket.
Oh Nancy! I wish we could have had the chance to meet.
Me, too! I did go looking, but I think you had left. Another time!
Can you advise on wearing stripes as this jacket looks great on you! Stripes are seen everywhere but some are not as flattering . Your black and white jacket is another timeless piece from IC Collection. Thank you again for your posts and enjoy the links to your wardrobe pieces.
Missy, I look for the smallest stripes, and if they are more dark than light, I am usually much happier with them. I sometimes wear a striped boatneck top under a jacket. While I don't care for floral prints, a stripe or a geo-print can look very classic and modern. I am careful never to wear a wide stripe across a wide part of my body.
The jacket looks better on you then the model! Love it!
