Dinner with the Wine Club

After a long busy week, we always look forward to date night on Friday. On this evening we enjoyed a special dinner with friends at the beautiful home of members of our wine club.

The gold necklace, metallic copper sweater and wheat colored tank are from the Fall 2013 line from Chico's. The black pants and low heeled shoes are old.

Enjoying the bouquet of a lovely Veramonte Ritual Pinot Noir from Chile. Cool night air coming off the ocean allows the grapes grown there to result in a wine with bright fruit aromas and flavors of black cherries, blueberry, raspberry and plum.

Rick graciously conducts our wine club gatherings. He humbly shares his vast knowledge of wine, peppered with stories of his travels around the world to visit vineyards. It is always a pleasure to be in his company.

It was so nice to spend the evening with dear friends and to get to know some new ones a little better.

I hope you have a lovely weekend!
Thank you for visiting my blog.

Susan, this is such a gorgeous look for your wine tasting event! Your golden cardigan is so glamorous.

I love attending wine events, not only drinking a good glass of wine but also learning more about its history, background and taste.

How do you keep your weight off hen you're constantly eatting out? And always looking beautiful.

I never eat meat and I share desserts with Mr. Mickey Sandra Salin. I also don't eat any dinner at all on most evenings. Thank you! :)

It really does help to see clothing on other people. I saw the metallic Chicos jacket online and wasn't that crazy about it, but on you?? Now I want it...it looks great for evenings like you shared with the wine club. I am going to see if it is still available! Happy Thanksgiving, Susan!
