The sky was many shades of gray today, and so was my attire.
When our temperatures dip into the teens, I would like nothing better than to sit by the fire and read for the evening. However, Mr. Mickey took me out to dinner, so we were on our way out the door when we snapped these photos.
Sweater from Coldwater Creek. Black long sleeve tee from Chico's. Pants from Talbots. Necklace by Erica Lyons from Belk. The shoes are from a couple of years ago from DSW. Evening purse from T.J. Maxx.
I hope you have a warm and cozy weekend! Thank you for reading.

I love this outfit and your pieces are from all the stores where I shop. I found in the last couple of years that Talbots pants fit me the best. You look lovely!! Love the colors!! Have a wonderful Saturday!!
I'm never sure about wearing a necklace and scarf together. Thanks for showing how it's done. The entire ensemble is quite fetching.
You look so beautiful! I like the idea of a bold necklace with a scarf. Must try it myself.
I absolutely, positively love this chic and classy outfit. . .attire. . .ensemble! I can't wait to step out for dinner in the city in something similar. . .one day! You look gorgeous!

Happy Weekend!
A very elegant outfit. I love gray combinations. Jacket is beautiful and the necklace too.
As always, you look so pretty. Thanks for all the inspiration. I've gone through all
of the outfits you have put together. They are all so wonderful. Such a great way to
to see how different pieces compliment one another.I love seeing them and thinking of
my own clothes and how I can do the same thing. You have done such a beautiful job styling
each outfit. I'm sure that took a long time. Thank you.
Beautiful, Susan! You're glowing and looking so elegant. Thanks for sharing this look with Visible Monday.
You look beautiful! Very classic.
I'm sitting by my fireplace right now, and I don't want to move! You look striking today!
Looks dressy and sophisticated ... and how easy to use with denim and boots for elevated casual. Hope you have a wonderful 2013!
Susan, you look lovely in these photos. I love dressing in layers during these chilly winter nights. It's always difficult to gauge the temperature in a restaurant versus the outdoors, or a vehicle.
