Just minutes before Mr. Mickey arrived for date night, UPS delivered my new shoes from Nordstrom. (It's sale time there!)
If you want to emulate this look but don't want to wear heels try a similar style of shoe with a flat sole or a small wedge.
My sandals are DV by Dolce Vita 'Safia' from Nordstrom.
This is another sandal from Nordstrom that gives you a similar look.
My blouse is from Talbot's. The pants are from Chico's. The sunglasses and bag are from T.J.Maxx.
With you and your style in mind, I was at Marshalls yesterday looking for some new and more stylish shoes. I used to wear heels all the time until I broke an ankle in the 90s. I tried on some heels and they are just not me anymore. So glad to see you showed another option here, thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe shoes look great! I wished I could wear this type of heel. Heels just make your legs look long and lean. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful as always. I'm glad to see some pieces from Talbots.
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful it would be to have a normal-sized foot so that I could have lots of choices in shoes. I wear an 11 AA, so most of the time there are no truly on-trend shoes for me anywhere except Nordstrom, and their offerings are extremely limited. I wonder why shoe manufacturers think that us tall women with long and narrow feet only want to wear grandma pumps and conservative shoes..... Sigh I could only dream of having a pair of shoes like the ones in your photos.
ReplyDeleteLove the shoes but the small wedge is more my speed. Your shoe collection is fabulous. Thanks for showing another option for those of us who are high heel challenged.
ReplyDeleteWe have the same taste! I purchased the leopard multi to match a leopard skirt.
ReplyDeleteI purchased the leopard multi also! I do love these shoes!
ReplyDeleteThose shoes are fab! Love your whole look, Susan, and thanks for sharing with Visible Monday.
ReplyDeleteGotta love those delivery guys! A wonderful date night look...
