Sometimes the early evening lighting is perfect for a photoshoot, but this wind blows way too much.
We visited Gourmet and Company for dinner this evening and attempted to take photos to show you these great pieces from Cali and York, but the wind quickly changed our plans.
Later we sat in their lounge for an after-dinner drink and visited with friends. This is the sofa that Mr. Mickey and I sat on until the wee hours of the morning talking and getting to know each other when we first met.
The following photos were taken in my home after we returned from dinner.
The tank and pants are part of a previous color offered in the Travelers collection from Chico's. The shoes and bag are old.
I am always happy to find a lightweight shirt that can be worn as a jacket with a pair of slacks and a tank when the weather is warm.
After seeing Cali and York on your blog, I have ordered some pieces and am completely satisfied! I will be buying from then in the future.
ReplyDeleteYou look elegant and so classy.
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful, but are you photoshopping your face in your photos? They seem soft and fuzzy close up? You seem so confident, I'm sure you're georgous without the blurr. I don't like to think you're not being authentic to your followers.
ReplyDeleteI just found your blog and LOVE your style. I just ordered your Cali and York necklace. You have a real talent for putting together outfits.

I do not use Photoshop. The camera we use is one of those little pocket digital cameras, so while our photos are not the very best, we do always have a camera handy to capture our adventures wherever they may take us.
ReplyDeleteYou always look wonderful! From the glimpses we get of your home it looks pretty, too - any chance you'll ever post pictures of it?
ReplyDeleteI'm going through many changes right now and your blog is helping me to take my mind off them. I appreciate your clothing ideas and also enjoy your photos of your adventures.
ReplyDeleteThankyou, Janie
You look very pretty in blue and white...blue suits you very well. The necklace just sets off the outfit. I was curious about what camera Mr Mickey uses.
ReplyDeleteI love your outfits you put together...and I love that you put more color into this one!! ;-)
