Cool Spring Weather

Thankfully the sun was shining because it was quite cool here yesterday.

In fact, it was downright cold during the night time... so much so that I dreamed it snowed!

We had dinner with friends at Carrabba's Italian Grill, but we ran some errands earlier in the day.

These photos were taken at the Johnson City Chamber of Commerce building.

Mr. Mickey was on the board of directors of the Chamber when this building was built.

I am wearing pants and a tank from Chico's. The navy jacket is my old favorite. The shoes are Kenneth Cole Reaction via T.J.Maxx. The mixed metals necklace was found in a gallery in Asheville last year.

  5. Gorgeous as always, Susan! Chic and classy! I'd instantly wear this look, it is office appropriate but also great for any other occasion like dinner or going shopping.
    Love your shoes!

We had some snowfall last week but fortunately nice and warm weather now!

  6. So happy to come across your blog. I've been looking for style blogs for 50+ for awhile now. I'm a bit more casual than you but I need a new look and am loving all the information you share. My sister and I will be heading to Chicos on Friday. I hope to find some good deals. Thanks for sharing. : )

  7. Simply fabulous!

Great blog. How happy I am to be in my fifties right now, with so many ways to create a great style, even for ladies like me who are a bit chubby. Blogs like yours give me so much self-confidence. Thank you so much!
